Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree

Experience: 5 to 10 Years or above

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as Real Estate marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fast learner and Passion for sales
- Language Proficiency: English / Hindi / Kannada/ Telugu (If known other languages would be an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for driving sales at designated residential project.
- Acquiring new customers through data calling, self-generation, networking and referral.
- Attending client calls received through marketing campaigns understanding & explaining about project, ensuring diligent follow up and converting leads to site visits.
- Ensure accuracy of deliverables, client service and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow up, timely submission of MIS reports & overall governance at designated project.
- Attending Client Walk ins, explaining them about the project, handling queries & closing sales with help of site head.
- Achieving sales targets given by site head, maximizing site visits & conversion under guidance of site head.
- Developing an intermediary network with real estate consultants, financial advisors and wealth management companies.
- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
- Generate new business & drive sales by developing new meaningful business connections. Develop new ways of improving business.
- Provide honest, positive and perfect class of service to clients from offer to closure and relationship management thereafter.
- Maintain healthy professional brand image of the company and your partners in the market for the benefit of the company.
- Become the go-to person in Bangalore for all real estate. Ensure fluent and clean communication (including mail and phone etiquette) & public relations in all internal and external interactions. Carry your cards everywhere.
- Make sure every client you meet is registered with the Front Office and a Greeting goes to them before you initiate business. Make sure all their details are clearly mentioned in the database
- Providing Price Details and financial Parts
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
- Providing project details to customers by mailing and whats app
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, maintenance, vaastu, financing /home loans, customization, GST, Income Tax, TDS etc, and appraisals.
- Maintaining good rapport with the builder
- Experience in real estate or any broker firm will be an added advantage
- Negotiation skills in conducting property price discussion to reach a profitable margin
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
- Offer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
