**Position Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Loan Sanction Intern (Telecaller)
- **(Preferably Female)**to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the documentation and sanction process. This is a paid internship with a focus on developing communication, sales, and financial advisory skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our loan offerings.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update call records, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth approval and sanctioning.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service preferred (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client objections and providing solutions.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi) preferred.

**Internship Details**
- **Duration**: 3 months (with potential for full-time offer based on performance)
- **Stipend**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and interview assessment)
- **Work Mode**: On-site (Kondapur, Hyderabad)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
