As a Project Coordinator at ITYPE Technologies PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address issues or risks that may impact project timelines or objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
- Support project managers in conducting meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
- Assist in the evaluation of project performance and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range of 15000 to 20000 CTC per month.
