The Lab Incharge with 5 years of experience is responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, managing equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising laboratory staff. This role involves maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, ensuring accurate testing and analysis, and managing day-to-day lab functions to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Laboratory Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage lab schedules, experiments, and workflow.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment. Arrange repairs as needed and ensure all equipment is in working order.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of lab supplies and chemicals, order replacements, and manage lab inventory efficiently.
- **Staff Supervision**: Supervise and train laboratory staff, assign tasks, and ensure they follow standard operating procedures.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, conducting regular quality checks and audits.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of experiments, test results, equipment usage, and inventory. Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
