We have urgent requirements for **Hard working CANDIDATES** for a **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** position, who can join our organization on an urgent basis and assist our potential clients by providing excellent knowledge and information about the services offered and doing quality checks for generated leads.

**Experience Range: 0 - 1 year (Freshers can apply)**

**Educational Qualifications: Any graduate**

**Location: Ahmedabad, Bodakdev**

**Office time: -8:00 PM to 5:00 PM**

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Calling techniques on prospects and persuading a potential customer to enroll in a product or service.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
- Follow the scripts and probe to target better.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

**Skills Required: -**

English communication, Basic Microsoft office, Quick Learner.
- Excellent Communication.
- Must be fluent in the English Language.
- Mature and polite behaviour with customers.
- Good in interaction with customers.

**Salary**: ₹18,810.29 - ₹25,879.59 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
