Warehouse Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solar products.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Manage the loading and unloading of solar components, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- **Labour Management**: Supervise and direct warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Stock Management**: Handle inventory tracking, stock rotation, and reporting of discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
- **Maintenance and Cleanliness**: Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized. Perform routine checks and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma or HS Pass.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
