**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implement Montessori Methodology**: Guide children through hands-on, self-directed learning using Montessori materials and principles to promote independence, self-motivation, and critical thinking.
- **Plan and Prepare Lessons**: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, tailored to individual learning needs, that support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth.
- **Create a Positive Learning Environment**: Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration, curiosity, and respect for each other’s individuality.
- **Observe and Assess**: Regularly observe students to track progress and identify areas for growth. Document observations and provide ongoing feedback to parents or guardians through conferences and reports.
- **Foster Emotional and Social Development**: Support students in developing emotional intelligence, social skills, and conflict resolution abilities, in alignment with Montessori’s philosophy of respect and kindness.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to coordinate classroom activities, share best practices, and ensure consistency in the implementation of Montessori principles across the school.
- **Communicate with Parents**: Engage in regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, challenges, and successes. Create a welcoming and supportive relationship with families.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with Montessori practices and pursue continuous professional development opportunities, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Montessori Certification from a recognized Montessori training institution (e.g., AMI, AMS, etc.).
- **Experience**: Previous experience teaching in a Montessori classroom, preferably with children ages [insert age range]. Experience with a particular age group, such as toddlers, primary, or elementary, is a plus.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to individual learning styles and needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of child development and ability to build meaningful relationships with students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
