Electrician/ Welder/ Fitter

**Welder/Electrician/Fitter (Min. 3+ Years experienced only. No Freshers** will be considered.**)**

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Plus Day/Night shift bonuses)

**Work Details**:

- **Timing**: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts may apply)
- **Bonus**: Attractive bonuses for Day and Night shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:

- WELDER**
- Perform post-welding operations such as grinding, finishing, and minor repairs on fabricated metal parts.
- Ensure the finished components meet specified quality and dimensional standards.
- Operate and maintain welding and finishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect work for defects and make necessary adjustments or corrections.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Welding/Fitter or a related trade.
- **Alternative**: Any other relevant technical Diploma.
- Proven experience as a Welder, Post-Welder, or similar role is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:

- ELECTRICIAN**
- Perform electrical installation, wiring, and connection of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical systems (lighting, power, control panels, etc.).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local regulations.
- Assist in the setup and commissioning of new electrical components and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrician or Wireman trade.
- **Alternative**: Any other relevant technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Practical experience in industrial or plant electrical work is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:

- FITTER**
- Assemble and fit mechanical components, parts, and structures accurately according to specifications and blueprints.
- Install and align machinery and equipment used in the wood industry processes.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on various mechanical systems.
- Dismantle, repair, and replace faulty parts in machinery and production lines.
- Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools effectively and safely.
- Ensure all fitting and maintenance work adheres to safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter or a related mechanical trade.
- **Alternative**: Any other relevant technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, or similar role is highly desirable.
