Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and coordinate meetings, presentations, and reports.

2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

3. Develop, maintain, and analyze management information systems (MIS) to support business decision-making.

4. Design and generate reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to present data insights.

5. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including project management software, accounting systems, and other databases.

6. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide recommendations for improvement.

Site Coordination:
1. Coordinate with site managers and teams across all sites to gather information, provide updates, and resolve issues.

2. Maintain a centralized database of site information, including project status, progress, and issues.

3. Facilitate communication between sites, head office, and other stakeholders.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols across all sites.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree

2. 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or MIS Executive.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
