JOB DESCRIPTION:
**1. Operationalizing Strategy & Cascading OKRs**

**OKR Implementation**: Break down the overarching goals set by the Managing Director into clear, actionable OKRs at every level of the JKKN group institutions. Ensure each unit—colleges, schools, healthcare facilities—has quantifiable targets tied to institutional objectives.

**Monitoring & Accountability**: Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) progress reviews, ensuring all teams meet their OKRs. Initiate immediate corrective actions if any unit falls behind.

**2. Mindset Shift Execution**

**On-the-Ground Engagement**: Organize and lead sessions to encourage faculty and critical role holders to adopt new mindsets—focusing on learner-centric approaches, AI integration, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

**Immediate Feedback & Reinforcement**: Be present in classrooms, labs, and meetings to observe practices firsthand, give constructive feedback, and highlight role models who exemplify the desired mindset shifts.

**3. Supporting MD’s Initiatives & Ecosystem Development**

**Integration with Startups & AI Projects**: Work closely with innovation hubs (such as NLB) to integrate founder-led initiatives—startups, AI-driven projects, entrepreneurship programs—into academic and operational workflows.

**Mentorship & Capability Building**: Ensure that faculty and staff are trained and supported to mentor startups and students, fostering an internal ecosystem that encourages entrepreneurship and AI-based innovation.

**4. Identifying Billing & Consulting Opportunities**

**Local Market Engagement**: Scout for local consulting projects, applied research collaborations, and AI service offerings to generate revenue and strengthen community ties.

**Quick Execution & Delivery**: Set up streamlined processes for proposal development, pricing, and project execution. Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction, making rapid adjustments to refine offerings.

**5. Two-Year Transformation Timeline**

**Time-Bound Implementation**: Develop a detailed two-year roadmap with quarterly milestones, focusing on AI integration, mindset changes, and measurable improvements in teaching, learning outcomes, and external engagements.

**Adaptive Management**: If any initiative lags, swiftly reassess resources, training needs, or operational methods. Maintain momentum and ensure steady progress against the defined timeline.

**6. Clerical Support & SOP Documentation**

**SOP & Workflow Creation**: Oversee clerical teams in documenting new SOPs, policies, workflows, and best practices. Ensure that these documents are accessible, clearly written, and updated as improvements are made.

**Ease of Adoption**: Confirm that faculty and staff have the necessary guidelines and checklists. Provide quick clarifications and hands-on demonstrations to facilitate understanding and compliance.

**7. Ongoing Input from the MD**

**MD’s Directives**: Remain in close communication with the MD, ready to incorporate any additional initiatives or “Others” directives swiftly into ongoing projects. Adjust resources and timelines to accommodate new priorities without losing execution quality.
