Delivering orders

Delivering packages and documents to various locations within a designated area in a timely manner and in good condition

Planning routes

Sorting orders and planning the most efficient delivery routes

Communicating with customers

Providing excellent customer service and answering questions from recipients

Following regulations

Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations and notifying dispatch staff of any conditions that may delay deliveries

Maintaining the bike

Maintaining and cleaning the bike regularly and reporting any maintenance needs

Keeping records

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups and collecting payments or obtaining signatures as required for proof of delivery

Other responsibilities may include: Preparing incoming orders, Prioritizing important deliveries, Ensuring packages are not damaged or affected by harsh weather conditions, and Managing unforeseen circumstances.

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving 2-Wheeler: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- LMV License (preferred)
- Motorcycle (preferred)
