Job description
- International Sourcing Executive
- Key Responsibilities
- Find suppliers from tools provided by company for Metals, Polymers, Intermediates, API etc.
- Find and reach out contact person of supplier\company
- Build relationships with manufacturers,
- key suppliers Negotiate for minimizing the cost and to have most workable payment terms of materials and get the best possible quotation Negotiate pricing with suppliers to obtain product at the best prices and secure profitable deals
- Pass the profitable deals to sales team Collect orders from sales team
- Place order to supplier and get SCIPI Pass the SCIPI to the back-office team and follow up for signed SCIPI Coordinate with back office personnel to ensure meeting timely financial obligations of the deals
- Follow up on payment - based on SC payment terms Collect ETD I ETA after payment is processed by customer Coordinate with international logistic personnel
- sales team to ensure proper shipment delivery.
- Follow up on balance payment - based on SC payment terms after sailing of material Keep a watch on the transaction until it's completely executed and if any issue escalating to the seniors with immediate effect.
- Keep recording market trends, best practices and Forecasting of products Do often research to know new manufacturers and key suppliers through tools provided by company Adhere to all relevant guidelines and Company policy to safeguard company's customers and key suppliers information
