Professional Experience: 1-4 Years of experience in Patent Searching and analysis, Patent prosecution and drafting.
- Searching experience:
- Understanding of Patent Databases, such as Total Patents;
- Well versed with searching of patent as well as non-patent literature searches;
- Able to Formulate Search Strings for Identified Invention and Perform Patentability, FTO, Landscape and Invalidity Search.
- Experience in searching pharmaceutical
- molecules (surechembl, Patentscope), Chemical structure search and in depth understanding of Markush claims and structures, other internet resources, and patent classification systems.
- Experience with analysis of Patent and Non-patent references to identify Prior Art for patentability, FTO as well as infringement analysis and mapping the features. Identification of invention with understanding of Patent Drafting and prosecution.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite.**How to**
