**Job Title**: Academic Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in academic programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Answer inbound calls and assist prospective students with their queries and concerns.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as required.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls and student information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with students who have shown interest but not yet enrolled.
- Provide clear guidance and advice on available programs and help students make informed decisions.
- Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to meeting enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to share feedback and improve outreach efforts.
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service throughout interactions with students and their families.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of educational programs and course structures.
- Ability to engage with students and families and provide clear guidance.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in academic counseling or education-related fields.
- Knowledge of current academic trends and educational programs.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (if required by the institution).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,472.00 per month
