**Key Responsibilities**: 1) **Performing routine maintenance**

: This includes inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of worn-out parts. **2)** **Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults**: Identifying the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions. **3) Repairing equipment**: Utilizing technical skills and knowledge to fix equipment and bring it back to operational status. **4) Implementing preventative maintenance programs**: Developing and executing schedules for routine maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns and downtime. **5) Overseeing and managing maintenance projects**: Planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and installations. **6) Maintaining accurate records**: Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. **7) Collaborating with other teams**: Working with engineers, technicians, and production staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. **8) Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices**: Keeping abreast of new technologies, equipment, and maintenance procedures. **9) Ensuring compliance with safety regulations**: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and equipment.

**Education** - Diploma Mechanical/ITI fitter

**Experience** - 2-3 years of proper maintenance Experience needed.

(cashew industry maintenance Experience preferable)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
