**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and with a positive attitude.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce our services and solutions.
- Provide information about our branding and tech services to customers.
- Identify client needs and schedule appointments or demos for further consultation.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or queries effectively.
- Achieve individual and team targets as set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred. However, freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- **Confidence**: Ability to engage with clients and present information clearly.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving company goals.
