**About the role**:

- Technical Leadership and Architecture:

- Provide architectural leadership for Magento e-commerce solutions.
- Design scalable and robust Magento architectures based on business requirements.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Solution Design and Implementation:

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Magento e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on Development:

- Engage in hands-on Magento development, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Customize and extend Magento functionalities to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration.
- System Integration:

- Integrate Magento with third-party systems, payment gateways, and external APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth system integration across platforms.
- Performance Optimization:

- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement caching strategies and performance tuning techniques.
- Documentation:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Magento solutions.
- Ensure accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document architectural decisions, system configurations, and integration points.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and development teams for successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings to understand business goals and technical requirements.
- Research and Innovation:

- Stay updated on Magento updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance Magento solutions.
- Drive innovation within the team by introducing new tools and methodologies.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and issues.
- Proven experience as a Magento Developer and Solution Architect in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience with Magento 2.x is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Magento Cloud and hosting environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in Magento development.
- Proven experience in a Solution Architect role for Magento projects.

Additional Skills:

- Leadership abilities to lead and motivate team members toward common goals.
- Ability to estimate projects based on industry standards and prepare timelines.
