**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Postdoctoral Researcher in Process Development of Natural Products

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Propose and contribute to innovative synthetic routes for natural products of interest.
- Lead process development initiatives for the large-scale manufacturing of these natural products.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary project teams, effectively communicating project progress and impacts to internal and external stake holders at various organizational levels.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with a specialization in Natural Product Synthesis.
- Deep understanding of synthetic organic chemistry and the ability to propose innovative solutions to synthetic challenges encountered during project execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and simplify complex tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in written and oral communication in English.
- Contract: Fixed term for 2 years.
