**Nursing Staff**

**Role**: Provide professional and compassionate medical care to patients at home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and health conditions.
- Assist in wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update doctors regularly.
- Support patient recovery and educate family members on care plans.

**Requirements**:

- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or home care experience.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a home-care setting.

**Aayas (Home Attendants)**

**Role**: Assist patients with daily personal care and support activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide mobility support and assist with toileting.
- Offer companionship and emotional comfort.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness around the patient.
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in patient care preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and personal care.
- Kind, patient, and responsible attitude.
- Willing to work in home care or hospital environment.

**Ward Boys**

**Role**: Support medical staff and maintain cleanliness and order in patient care areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in shifting patients safely within home or facility.
- Help with maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.
- Deliver medical supplies, meals, and assist with dressing changes.
- Support nurses and caregivers with routine tasks.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospital or healthcare support roles preferred.
- Physically fit and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a care team.
- Basic understanding of patient care and hygiene.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
