**Duties and responsibilities**
- Client interactions
- Site supervision
- Quantity take off
- Supervising and arranging materials
- Managing the sub-contractor deals and closing without disputes
- Preparing project assignment, preparing action plan
- Leading and guiding the towards successful completion of assignment in an agreed schedule.
- Prepare Cost estimate

**Area of experience required**:

- Good Communication skills
- Planning of work & executing in an organized manner
- Material knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
