**ob Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver engaging kannada lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum for secondary classes.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

Assess and evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.

Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to support academic development.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.

Create a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages critical thinking and creativity.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development activities.

Contribute to curriculum development and adaptation to meet the evolving needs of students.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Kannada or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- **TGT certification**_ with a focus on Kannada

Proven experience teaching Kannada to secondary classes, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.

Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.

Excellent communication skills in Kannada, both written and verbal.

Passion for teaching, dedication to student success, and a commitment to professional development.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.

**Preferred Skills**:
Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.

Experience in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities related to the Kannada language and literature.

Knowledge of current educational trends and a commitment to staying updated on best practices in teaching.

**Experience-** Minimum 1 -2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE School
