**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute sales strategies for different projects, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of various products/services offered and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations that address client requirements and showcase our offerings.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities that could influence sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, project progress, and outcomes to management, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project requirements.
