**Role Summary**:
BHIVE is seeking an experienced As a Principal at our Private Equity Firm, you will play a key role in driving the firm’s investment strategy and managing the portfolio companies. You will work closely with senior executives and management to identify attractive investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, execute transactions, and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong track record in private equity, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization in-depth
- Performing comprehensive, in-depth research on companies, sectors, new issue markets, general market conditions, institutional investors, real estate, strategy and expansion.
- Focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the IPO, handling all aspects of IPO commercials and conducting thorough due diligence across all fronts.
- IPO execution and preparation of related documents.
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
- Analyze strategic plans that have contributed to the company’s successes and/or failures
- Provide advice for new plans and strategies for business implementation

**Key Competencies and Skills**:

- Current or previous experience in strategy consulting or investment banking will be of advantage
- Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions
- Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible, able to think strategically / end-to-end
- High level of agility, eager to develop new skills and areas of expertise
