**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring the proper storage of materials.
- **Goods Receipt and Dispatch**:
Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensure they match with purchase orders, and arrange for proper storage. Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure they are correctly packed and labeled.
- **Stock Replenishment**:
Monitor stock levels, raise alerts for low stock items, and assist in stock replenishment as necessary to ensure availability of items.Ensure that materials and products are stored in an organized manner, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.Maintain proper records of inventory, goods receipt, and goods dispatch using appropriate documentation or software tools.Assist with regular stock audits to ensure inventory is accurate and discrepancies are addressed promptly.Assist customers or other departments in locating and retrieving items from the store, ensuring that all operations are performed efficiently.Follow safety procedures for handling goods, especially hazardous materials (if applicable), and maintain the store in a clean and organized manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
