
Office Executive

As an Office Executive specializing in facility management, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our office facilities. Your role will involve managing various aspects of facility services, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for employees, visitors, and clients. Additionally, you will coordinate with different departments to meet their facility-related needs and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of office premises, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical fittings, plumbing, and sanitation facilities.
- Manage office security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel, to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and confidential information.
- Plan and execute space management strategies to optimize the utilization of office space and support the company's growth objectives.
- Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring adequate stock levels and budget compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility management, health and safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental sustainability.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to negotiate contracts, obtain competitive quotes, and ensure quality service delivery within established timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and compliance gaps, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide support for office relocation projects, renovations, and expansions, coordinating logistics and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and administration, to address employee needs and facilitate the smooth functioning of office facilities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to facility management, recommending improvements and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management roles, preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC) or large-scale organization.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making and conflict resolution.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
