Logistics Executive

Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
- Reduce the transportation cost by adapting new methods
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) according to availabilities and requirements.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible.
- Prepare accurate invoices

JOB SPECIFICATION
- B Com degree with above 60% of marks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word
- Expert in tally ERP
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational and coordination ability
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Accounting knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
