**JD**:
Manage daily bank payment & Receipt with BRS.
Monitoring General Ledger accounting functions and reconciliation.
Manual, maintain and manage records of day-to-day transactions.
Internal and External audits
Co-ordinate with accounts receivable team in collecting payments from customers
Monthly Statutory Working of TDS /GST (ITC Matching & ITC-04. Eway Bills & EInvoice) and ROC (MSME)
Assist Finance team in preparing various MIS to meet the Audit Requirements and at the time of Assessment under Direct and Indirect Taxes.
Overseeing the preparation of the tax returns and ensuring timely remittance of all statutory dues and filing of returns.
Working in close Co-ordination with Purchase, Store & Logistic Dept. reviewing inventory.
Directing, leading, and motivating workforce, imparting continuous on job trainingfor accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency and supporting the senior management to cater to the finance / administration requirements.
Be ready to prepare any MIS pertaining to Accounts & Inventory per Managements instructions and or statutory compliances.
Maintain Constructions related documents and Prepare MIS.
Monitor Cost Centre wise Accounting.
