- **Typing & Documentation**:
- Type official documents, letters, reports, and other materials accurately.
- Maintain records and organize files systematically.
- Ensure error-free and timely typing of correspondence.
- **Office Administration**:
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and records.
- Maintain confidential documents securely.
- **General Support**:
- Assist in handling visitors and clients professionally.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
## **Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in **typing (minimum 40-50 words per minute)**.
- Knowledge of **shorthand (preferred but not mandatory)**.
- Familiarity with **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
## **Educational Qualification**:
- Minimum **12th pass** or **Diploma in Office Administration**.
- A **graduate degree** is an advantage.
## **Experience**:
- **1-3 years** of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with strong typing and administrative skills may also apply.
