**Job Title**: Social Worker - Child Trust

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support vulnerable children and families within our Child Trust. The role involves assessing needs, creating care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children through direct support and collaboration with other professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct child and family assessments
- Develop and implement care and protection plans
- Support children in care or at risk
- Work with schools, healthcare, and legal services
- Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Registration with a professional body (if applicable)
- Experience in child protection or family support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
