Outbound Telecaller

We are searching for an innovative Inside-Sales/pre-sales specialist with a good analytical mind to join our team. The Inside-Sales/pre-sales specialist will be tasked with generating appointments for various IT products in B2B sector. He/She will be responsible to research database from various portals such as LinkedIn / IndiaMART and other platforms. To be successful as a pre-sales specialist, you should be able to build a report with prospects and give a brief overview about the product, get the required information from the prospect, generate interest in prospect’s mind, and set an appointment with sales team.

Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:

- HSC and above is must
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Freshers are welcome too.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to remain professional.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
