Motion Graphic Designer

**What will you do?**
- Motion Graphic Design: Develop innovative and attention-grabbing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that align with the brand's identity and messaging. Utilize your artistic skills to enhance the overall quality and aesthetics of our Instagram and YouTube videos.
- Video Editing and Post-Production: Collaborate with the content team to edit and enhance raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, smooth animations, and captivating visual elements. Your proficiency in video editing software will be vital in producing polished and professional videos.
- Content Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for video content that resonates with our target audience. Understand the latest trends in motion graphics and implement them to create engaging and shareable content.
- Adaptability to Platforms: Tailor video content to suit the specific requirements and best practices of Instagram and YouTube. Optimize video dimensions, durations, and formats to ensure maximum visibility and performance on each platform.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with the content creators, designers, and social media strategists to align the motion graphics with the overall content strategy. Be receptive to feedback and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of video content production.

**Skills required**:

- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator ,or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience in creating visually appealing animations, motion graphics, and video effects.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube as platforms for content distribution and social media trends.
- A keen eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of motion graphics software and video editing tools, particularly Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficiency in other relevant software or plugins will be considered a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of animations, visual effects, and overall video quality. A keen focus on fine-tuning each element will elevate the impact of our content.
- Time Management Skills: The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is crucial. We need someone who can effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Adaptability and Creativity: Social media landscapes are ever-evolving, and trends change rapidly. As a Motion Graphics Artist, you should be adaptable and open to exploring new styles and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging. **Salary**: ₹11,978.99 - ₹40,000.00 per month
