**Responsibilities**:

- Manage both inward and outward movements of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods for quality and quantity standards.
- Prepare necessary documentation for inward activities, including receiving reports and inspection records.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain records of outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices for both incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Verify invoice details such as pricing, quantities, and terms for accuracy.
- Coordinate with accounting departments for invoice reconciliation and payment processing.
- Conduct inspections of incoming goods for damages, discrepancies, or defects.
- Document inspection findings and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform inspections on outgoing items to ensure quality standards and proper packaging.
- Generate delivery challans (DC) or shipping documents for outgoing orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries based on DCs.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, track stock movements, and generate reports.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 Year Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with vendors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
