Refractory Supervisor

Supervise the refractory maintenance team during daily operations, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
- Plan and coordinate refractory repair and installation work, including manpower, materials, tools, and safety measures.
- Inspect refractory materials and linings for wear, damage, and failures.
- Ensure proper installation of refractory materials (bricks, castables, ramming masses, etc.) as per design specifications.
- Liaise with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to plan refractory work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safe work practices.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, refractory material usage, and job reports.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
