**Position**: Executive - Sales (Telecallers)

**Job Location**:Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Place phone calls to potential students
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential students’ questions about various courses.
- Generate between 5-15 sales leads per week.
- Set appointments with prospective students whenever required
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Train other teammates as & when required
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to HOD
- Refer student complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential students at all times
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- High school diploma or any graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be Computer literate.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

**Remuneration**:.20-22 K Per Month + Incentive
