**Marketing Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
**CRM related**:
coordinating with Sales heads of teams

Getting approval from General Manager - Marketing (GMM) & uploading in Zoho portal

Maintaining CRM records in excel file and providing MIS at periodic intervals to GMM

**Promotional inputs related**:
coordinating with various Vendors for getting options and ideas of novel promotional inputs

coordinating with individual H.O. marketing team person on monthly basis to prepare team wise H.Q. / B.E. wise promotional allocation

coordinating with Marketing, CWH, Purchase team and Vendors to ensure timely receipt of inputs and their onward despatches

responding to field queries related to non-receipt / allocation of inputs to newly joined B.E.s (other than provided earlier)

Assisting GMM with support data required to allow completion & closure of special requests of Doctors for personal use Physicians Samples and maintaining database

**Webinar related**:
Post completion of webinar, receive the participants list from the Shield Connect team, segregate them as per region and forward it to the respective Regional Sales Leader with the webinar recording link

**Doctor Master list and Database related**:
Maintaining and updating Dr Master list of each of the 3 M&S teams in liaison with the Sales Analytics team

Assisting GMM for ensuring and validating the format for Addition & Deletion requests received from the Regional Sales Leader

providing specific data for analysing prescribers' data in terms of shifts (gain / loss) by the GMM

**Market research data related**:
Ability to operate and use SMSRC software and AWACS dataset (online as well as offline)

Extract and provide specific data as per requirement suggested by GMM The above constitute to about 90% of JD, and some may not be listed, which may be smaller tasks.

**Skill Set Required**:
Good English communication, spoken and written

Ability to coordinate and get the required work completed with various people within the team and outside, including vendors

Command over Excel and ability to work with complex data, churn out, and provide data as per requirement

Ability to learn and work with new software, e.g. Zoho and as and when any other software is introduced Reporting to GM - MARKETING.
