**Job Summary**:
The Trims and Sourcing Incharge will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing trims and accessories for garment production. This role involves supplier coordination, quality assurance, cost control, and timely delivery to ensure smooth production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trims Sourcing & Procurement**:

- Identify and source trims, accessories, and embellishments such as buttons, zippers, labels, tapes, and packaging materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality supply.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms with vendors.

**Supplier & Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability guidelines.

**Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels of trims to avoid production delays.
- Track and control inventory to minimize wastage and excess stock.
- Coordinate with the store and production teams for material availability.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Inspect trims and accessories for quality and specifications before procurement.
- Ensure all trims meet buyer requirements, industry standards, and factory compliance policies.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address any defects or rejections.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with the design, production, and merchandising teams to understand trim requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of trims to meet production schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and invoices.

**Cost Control & Budgeting**:

- Monitor and control trim costs to align with the company’s budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Provide cost estimates for trims during product development.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in trims sourcing and procurement in the garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of trims, accessories, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
