**JOB TITLE: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT( ORACLE ERP)**

**LOCATION: PUNE**

**EXPERIENCE; 3 TO 6 YEARS**

**Responsibilities**
- Handling End to End supply chain for IT Procurement, dealing with commodities like Cable - Data center along with IT industry hardware, Software as a service (SaaS), IT managed services and Labour cost, Industrial Technology.
- Managing Strategic sourcing procedures and collaborating with Purchasing Managers and VMF Team.
- Collaboration with Procurement managers for finalizing SLA and process optimizations for better efficiency. On hand experience on JD Edwards for ERP process.
- Comparative analysis for RFQ’s to select best option and negoTiatiation strategies. Executing requests by Marine team and IT Managers for vessels. Working on Master Loading Schedule to verify and confirm the pick up with collaboration of third party warehousing team.
- Taking weekly follow up call with client to get the update on next demand plan, working in collaboration with SCA Team to fetch and manipulate date from data base using basic SQL techniques.
- Key Member in setting up the SLA and project KS plan for new project along with SOP, SIPOC and FMEA preparations. Part of Transition Planning Workshop to submit Process flow chart.
- Supporting team in setting-up Supply Chain plans and guide the realization of the supply activities by continuous alignment with Project Planner, Program managers, Operational Buyers and physical distribution for progress monitoring and trouble shooting.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills and advanced organizational skills.
- SCM pro Certification IS A PLUS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Power Point and expertise in ERPBaan and Oracle based JDE ERP tool.
- Ready to accept and fulfil new responsibilities and challenges.
- Work with positive attitude. Drive to win, result and goal oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Result oriented and Self-confident and independent.

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
