Thermoforming Operator

An experienced **Thermoforming Operator** is needed for our company in Umm Al Quwain.

1. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in processing food container products

2. Qualification diploma / mechanical certification

3. Below mentioned experience is a requirement for the job:
- Work experience in high-speed thermoforming machines is required
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier and Micrometer
- Mould clamping, unloading, periodic maintenance, online mould maintenance
- Mould trial and approval
- Maintain production data
- Ensure product quality is as per the master sample
- Machine mould 5s
- Daily machine output report
- Cycle time improvement
- Planning and assigning work for labourer’s
- Production material set up
- Knowledge of plastic material properties as well as defects and remedies

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
