**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting employee consultations: Engaging in conversations with employees to understand their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
- Developing personalized nutrition plans: Creating customized nutrition plans tailored to individual employees, taking into account their specific requirements and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with nutrition research: Continuously keeping informed about the latest discoveries and developments in the field of nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Conducting group presentations: Speaking to groups and communities to promote healthy eating habits, proper nutrition, and the importance of a balanced diet.
- Conducting assessments like BMI for the employees.
- Evaluating factors related to weight management for the employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, health, or a related field: Possessing a four-year undergraduate degree in nutrition, health sciences, or a relevant discipline.
- Additional education or experience: While not mandatory, further education or practical experience in the field may be preferred or advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills: Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and convey nutritional information.
- Problem-solving abilities: Being adept at analyzing dietary challenges and formulating practical solutions to support employees in achieving their health goals.
- Public speaking skills: Having the capability to confidently present information to groups and deliver engaging and informative talks on nutrition-related topics.
- Continuous learning mindset: Showing a willingness to engage in ongoing training, research, and professional development to stay current with the latest discoveries and trends in the field of nutrition.
- Compassion and genuine interest: Displaying empathy, compassion, and a sincere interest in helping the employees develop better eating habits and improve their overall well-being.

**In addition to these requirements, it should be noted that the dietitian associated with this position would be expected to visit the corporate office located in Pune. Their responsibilities at the corporate office would involve conducting assessments such as measuring BMI (Body Mass Index) and evaluating other relevant factors to support weight management initiatives. This on-site presence ensures personalized and comprehensive care in line with the corporate wellness program.**
