**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Python, Artificial Intelligence, App Development, and Arduino to middle and high school students in an online setting.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the diverse learning needs and levels of students.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students on their progress and assignments.
- Monitor and assess student performance and provide appropriate feedback to help them improve.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology, programming, and education.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience teaching Python, AI, App Development, and Arduino, preferably to middle and high school students.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming, AI concepts, mobile app development, and Arduino projects.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification or relevant credentials.
- Experience with curriculum development.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and computer science concepts.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible part-time hours, primarily during after-school hours (3 PM - 7 PM IST, Monday to Friday).
- Occasional weekend sessions may be required based on student needs and availability.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
