**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Financial Tasks**:

- Accurately record purchase entries, office expenses, and bank transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Manage petty cash, including disbursements, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing, including employee expense reports and overtime (OT) tracking.
- Verify and file invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers (both digital and physical).

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized documentation systems (e.g., Performa Invoices, Delivery Challans).
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including bookings and reimbursements.
- Handle courier services, dispatch tracking, and office supply inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

**3. Reporting & Compliance**:

- Generate weekly/monthly reports (e.g., stock updates, surgery summaries).
- Follow up on pending payments with clients/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and audit requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Familiarity with document management systems.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
- Problem-solving mindset with a team-player attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
