Computer Instructor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students on suitable career paths, IT courses, and skill development opportunities.
- Guide students in choosing the right training programs based on their interests and career goals.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on software courses (Tally, MS Office, Programming, etc. as per curriculum).
- Assist students in building confidence and technical proficiency through practical training.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and mock interviews for career development.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Support admission activities by guiding walk-in students and prospects.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure successful course completion and career placement.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve academic and career support goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Commerce (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to handle both classroom training and one-on-one mentoring.
- Passion for teaching, motivating, and guiding students.
- Good organizational and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in training/teaching will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
