**Job Title: Casting Supervisor**

**Reports to: Production Manager**

**Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1*.**Casting Process Supervision:*
- Oversee the casting process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Monitor and control casting parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and chemical composition.

**2. Team Management**:

- Supervise and guide a team of casting technicians and operators.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Ensure casting products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality.

**4. Safety and Maintenance**:

- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on casting equipment.

**5. Production Planning**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling casting production.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient production workflows.

**Requirements**:

- ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-15 years of experience in casting, preferably in a fabrication unit.
- Strong knowledge of casting processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with casting simulation software and quality control tools.
- Certification in casting, metallurgy, or a related field.

**Salary**:

- ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
