- Perform on-line quality checks in shrimp processing plant.
- Timely report all on-line analysis to relevant departments.
- Do samples collection, sample preparation and analysis of various samples and perform
- Microbiology, Antibiotic and Chemical checks.
- Timely update and maintain day to day reports in system.
- Maintain the documents for Internal and external Audit and certification standards

Location: Orma, Olpad, Surat, Gujarat
