Job Description: Office Boy

Position Summary: The Office Boy is responsible for providing general support and assistance in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas. Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and fixtures as needed.

Office Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory levels of office supplies such as stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry items. Assist in maintaining stock and placing orders as necessary.

Courier and Mail Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with preparing outgoing mail and packages, including proper packaging and labeling.

Refreshments and Snacks: Maintain the pantry area, ensuring an adequate supply of refreshments, snacks, and beverages for employees and visitors. Assist in serving and replenishing items during meetings or events.

Equipment and Maintenance: Report any malfunctioning office equipment, electrical issues, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate authorities. Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with employees and visitors.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local area for running errands efficiently.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, etc.
- Integrity, reliability, and a positive work attitude.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
