**Summary/Objective**:
The Operation Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program to learn and understand the various facets of operations within the organization. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to different operational functions to develop a well-rounded understanding of the company's operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Location : PALAKKAD**

**Stipend : 5000/-**

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month
