**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Freight Broker, you will play a pivotal role in driving our enterprise sales efforts by effectively selling our logistics services to meet the transportation needs and requirements of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Having an existing book of business & customer relations.
- Making proactive sales calls and engaging in consultative selling to enterprises in the US logistics market.
- Generating new business by identifying and attracting prospects, developing a strong sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers.
- Retaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends in the transportation and logistics industry to effectively position our services and offerings.
- Acquiring new business through various methods such as prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
- Contracting and negotiating with freight shipping carriers to secure the best rates and services for our customers.
- Collaborating with the technology and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and build rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of the US logistics industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive results.
- Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills to secure favorable terms with freight shipping carriers.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
