**Who We're Looking For - 3D AutoCAD Expert**

Are you a skilled 3D visualizer who lives and breathes AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D architecture?
We're looking for a creative professional who can turn technical drawings into stunning 3D environments, detailed architectural models, and immersive interior/exterior animations.

At **MYIAR**, we blend precision and imagination to deliver world-class 3D designs across architecture, interiors, and virtual experiences.

**Your Core Superpowers (What We're Looking For)**:

- **AutoCAD (2D & 3D)** - Strong technical drawing and modeling skills
- **SketchUp** - Proficiency in architectural modeling and layout planning
- **3D Animations** - Ability to create photorealistic walkthroughs and flythroughs (interior + exterior)
- **Interior & Exterior Design** - Understanding of space planning, lighting, and material selection
- **2D Presentation Sheets** - Layouts, elevations, working drawings
- **Bonus Tools** - Experience with Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or 3ds Max is a plus

You must have a solid foundation in architecture or design, along with a creative vision and attention to detail.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop 3D models from 2D AutoCAD or PDF files
- Create realistic 3D interior & exterior animations and renders
- Collaborate with architects and creative leads on design development
- Interpret and execute spatial concepts with accuracy and creativity
- Prepare working drawings, layout plans, and detailed documentation

**Location**: On-Site (Mohali)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on experience & skills)
