Job Title: Data Entry Operator

**Job Description**:
As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will be to input, update, maintain, and retrieve information stored in computer systems and databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management processes. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting data from various sources into computer systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
- Updating and maintaining existing databases by entering new data and making necessary edits.
- Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Retrieving information from databases or electronic files as requested by team members or clients.
- Sorting and organizing paperwork or electronic files as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborating with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Providing support to other departments or teams with data-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or certification in data entry or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with excellent accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with data management software, database systems, and office equipment (e.g., computers, scanners, printers).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new software or processes as required.
- Understanding of data privacy and security principles.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)
