**Cyber Crime Claims Handling**
- Review Claim Intimation and engage with Insured for initial discussions.
- Facilitate Insured for Appointment of Cyber Experts.
- Discussions with Cyber Experts and Superior/NHOD for finalization of Statement of Works (SOW).
- Arrange Scoping call and further discussions between Insured and Cyber Experts.
- Facilitate Insured for Appointment of Law firms in various jurisdictions across the Globe.
- Keep close monitoring on all the developments.
- Advising Insured and Law firms to control Overall costs.
- Advising Cyber Experts on the communication with Threat Actors.
- Facilitate Insured for Appointment of Public Relation Consultants and Crisis Management Consultants.
- Appointment of Coverage Council to obtain legal opinion and related advises on the reported Cyber incident.
- Appointment of Surveyor for assessment of Business Interruptions Loss.
- Engaging with Insured, Cyber Experts and all other stake holders to take the claim to logical conclusion.

**Liability Claims Handling, Review and Approval**
- Claims handling for all Liability products claims.
- Study the initial documentation, analyze and put together detailed list of documentation required from insured.
- Review the detailed documentation at various stages of the process.
- Determine next course of action and engage with Insured and intermediaries to expedite the claims.
- Liaise with reinsurers as required.
- Seek legal technical expertise, as needed.
- Discussions with underwriter on the policy document wherever required.
- Ensure smooth and Centralized handling of Liability claims.
- Study the claim related files such as brief, all supporting documents, legal opinion, survey reports and Zonal recommendations as received from the Zones for approval/advise.
- Review, adherence to terms & conditions and scrutinize to approve the claims in the system upto DOA for all Liability products.
- Review and approve the repudiation cases upto DOA.
- Discuss complex and high value claims with Superior/NHOD for taking necessary actions or advising to Zones.
- Recommend claims above DOA to the Superior/NHOD for approval/repudiation.

**Enhancement in Capacity for handling Cyber Crime Claims**
- Explore and recommend to Superior/NHOD for empanelment of more Cyber Expert Companies.
- Explore and recommend to Superior/NHOD for empanelment of more Law firms in India and outside India jurisdictions.
- Explore and recommend to Superior/NHOD for empanelment of Public Relation Consultants.
- Explore and recommend to Superior/NHOD for empanelment of Crisis Management Consultants.
- Explore and recommend to Superior/NHOD for empanelment of more Surveyors for assessment of Business Interruptions Losses.
- Explore advanced technologies and new things coming in International Markets which can be implemented
